Play it, Jen
Every good movie has a piano player somewhere in the background--
sometimes seen, usually unseen.
Seldom really noticed.
The feeling, the very soul of a scene, is created by that person tinkering at the keys.
It has been said, "All the world's a stage."
Well then...Play it, Jen.
About Me
- Name: Jenny
- Location: Over Yonder, Missouri
I'm a California Native transplanted to the Missouri Ozarks. I've learned how to chase cows in high heels and load hay faster than you can say "Coco Chanel." These are some of our pictures and stories of living in a land with breath-taking beauty and adventure around every bend.

Pack Meeting November
Last night was Pack Meeting for our CubScouts. Joe and David both earned various belt loops. David is still waiting to be awarded his Bobcat and Wolf (we have to get the paperwork straightened out but with a new leader who is really rockin' we'll soon have everything straightened out).
At the end of the evening they did the 'bridge ceremony' for Joe where the CubScouts and leaders gather together on one side of the bridge and the Scouts and their leaders gather on the other side of the bridge. They have a script they read about Joe leaving the CubScout group and list off his accomplishments and then we took away his CubScout unifor and he crossed over the bridge to the Scouts where he had the scout uniform put on him and was welcomed by his new troop. It was really cool and the kids were all really excited for Joe.
At the end, Joe walked up to Seth, who was wearing his scout uniform too, and said, "You know the difference between us? I make this look good!"
(I will get better pictures soon, these are from my little dumb camera and I was way back so they didn't come out very good. Will post better ones as soon as I get them!)
